Our approach to security
Security is built into how Hirodots designs, develops and operates software — for our clients and on our own website. This page summarises our practices at a high level.
Website security
- Encryption in transit: all traffic to hirodots.com is served over HTTPS/TLS.
- Hardened platform: we keep our platform, plugins and dependencies updated, and restrict administrative access to authorised team members using strong authentication.
- Data minimisation: we collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Secure development practices
- Secure SDLC: security considerations are part of our design and code review process, from architecture to release.
- Access control: client project environments, repositories and credentials are access-controlled on a need-to-know basis.
- Data protection: client data used during development is handled under the confidentiality terms of each services agreement.
- Testing: our quality assurance process includes testing for common vulnerability classes before release.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on hirodots.com or in software we operate, please report it to [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge verified reports.
